HOW TO ENTER

Visit the White Bear Mitsubishi/Volkswagen of Inver Grove booth at the Minnesota State Fair and scan the QR code to register. One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to individuals aged 18 or older who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of White Bear Mitsubishi or Volkswagen of Inver Grove booth and their immediate household members are not eligible to enter or win.

ENTRY PERIOD

Entries are accepted during the Minnesota State Fair operating dates and hours only. The specific closing date and time will be posted at the booth.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be randomly selected after the entry period closes. The winner will be contacted using the information provided at registration. Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE

One (1) kayak and/or tent (as displayed or described at the booth). Prize is awarded “as-is.” Approximate retail value will be posted at the booth. No cash equivalent, exchange, or substitution will be provided unless at the sole discretion of White Bear Mitsubishi.

PRIZE CLAIM

Prize must be picked up in person at White Bear Mitsubishi or Volkswagen of Inver Grove booth during regular store hours. Prize is non-transferable and may not be resold for profit.

DATA COLLECTION

By scanning the QR code and submitting your entry, you consent to the collection of your name, contact information, and any other information requested on the registration form. This information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and may be used for future marketing communications by White Bear Mitsubishi and Volkswagen of Inver Grove booth. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless White Bear Mitsubishi and Volkswagen of Inver Grove booth, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Winner acknowledges that use of a kayak involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, injury, or property damage. Winner accepts full responsibility for the safe use of the prize.
