Within 30 seconds of meeting with Michael Marek, I was told another potential buyer was currently driving down from St. Cloud to look at the same vehicle, instantly putting pressure on me to make a decision. I recently purchased a vehicle from Volkswagen Inver Grove and am truly impressed with this dealership. My sales person, Duane, was personable friendly, and responsive to my priorities and understood what I wanted and needed. He and the dealership also went the extra mile when there was a concern with the car that wasn't apparent upon their initial inspection. They worked with me through every step of evaluating and addressing the repairs needed and delivered the highest standard of ethical customer service to me. I'd highly recommend them to others for their honesty and integrity.
All the staff were very helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to assist me.
Dave was great to work with; I never felt rushed or pressured & he was extremely knowledgeable. I already knew the dealership as I had a previous car serviced at this dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave & the dealership to anyone looking for a new or nearly new VW.

Had my oil changed on 12/10. On the way home, the bottom panel of the dash falls off where they checked the cabin air filter. Not exactly quality work. Starting 12/16, I called daily to check a price and schedule a repair I've been needing. Each time, the service advisors are busy, the receptionist takes my number and says someone will call me back shortly. Still no call back. The other VW dealers in the area know how to communicate and do quality work, I'll be using them.

When I arrived at Volkswagen of Inver Grove, I asked to see a sales consultant and Matthew immediately arrived to help me. Honestly, this was the best experience I have had at a dealership in 10 years. Goodbye Infiniti, hello Volkswagen! But none of this would have been possible without Naima’s attention to detail and fast decision making for my in a hurry husband! Purchased a car three years ago from Andrew. Very good experience the other day about another car same salesman Andrew did a great job.
While searching for a car for my son, I came across a truck that fit my needs, for a pretty good price. I messaged the dealership after-hours and had a test drive lined up for first thing the next morning. When I arrived, Luke Lovejoy was ready for me and we got straight to it. The drive went well, and the they did a quick test drive on my trade-in, offered me a fair value for it. Within an hour or so of finishing the test drive, I was signing agreements. All-in-all, it was an efficient and pleasant experience.
Jonathan met us at the door, took us for a tour and answered all our questions. He introduced us to the important people to help us.

Duane Thompson in sales did an outstanding job showing us all of the features on our new Tiguan and helping us through the car sale. We were on a waiting list and he remembered us when we would talk a few weeks after getting on the list. He also stayed late on a Friday so that we could pick up our new Tiguan after our work.
This Dealership was one of the Best dealership my wife and I have ever been to. They did everything they could to get us the car we wanted. Could not be more pleased with the no pressure sales approach, earnest concern Duane and the dealer has for the buyer's wellbeing, and the overall shopping and buying experience. While traveling through the area and seeking to meet our luncheon friends, my Passat’s low oil light came on. “What do we do! We’ll miss our luncheon meetings!” We drove over to IGH VW service department and they quickly and efficiently topped off the oil in a few minutes. Fine with service over all. We were allowed to test drive by ourselves so that was good. However didn’t even fill gas tank which is something I would expect from a private seller and not a dealership.
Duane Thompson our sales associate went way out of his way to hold the used 2014 Tiguan for us while we were out of town. Per my request they drove it to my mechanic for an inspection, which passed. I highly recommend Duane if your every looking for an automobile.
